Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest service point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
